Error:
Message 1070 not found; No message file for product=network, facility=TNSTNS-12545: Message 12545 not found;
Solution:
This error has everything to do with ORACLE_HOME ORACLE_BASE and ORACLE_SID parameters. Just set the environment variables properly and start the listener again and it should be fine.
